I had a plastic toilet dispenser in my office for years and wanted to upgrade it once it broke 2 weeks ago and the spring-loaded mechanism (see arrows picture) will not allow paper to come out. I decided to go with a Stainless-Steel dispenser. The product looks heavy duty and very clean and simple looking. Installation was somewhat difficult as I had tiles over hollow wall. I decided to go with tapcon screws, and it really anchored the dispenser well. You need to use a level to make sure is installed perfectly. You may need help from another person to mark the holes before drilling. The placement of the rolls was very easy. And after the installation it really looks very nice and compact for my small bathroom. The toilet paper rolls are commercial ones and the seem to be very close when you put new rolls together, but when you pull the paper there was no problem with paper been stuck to each other. Overall, I think this is a great product, cosmetically pleasant and way better looking than my old one.

This product should hold two rolls of toilet paper but you cannot pull the paper out if there are two rolls in it, it is way too snug. Even with one roll in there it will still pull out one or two sheets at a time until the roll gets smaller. I will be returning it.
