Works well

This was completely compatible with the old soap dispenser and should last a long time. Didn't even have to take off the wall anchor which was a plus.

Great Soap Dispenser!

We had alot of trouble with people stealing our soap dispensers from the public bathrooms. These have solved the problem. Well made and sturdy. Would recommend for public restrooms.

Works as advertised!

As can be seen by the photo, (the photo is of this product on installed our bathroom wall) our originial soap dispenser leaked and rusted badly, causing permanent streaks down the wall. We upgraded to this dispenser and are very pleased with our choice. It does not leak, was easy enough to install, and the actual dispensing of soap works just as it should.

Excellent purchase!

I love this soap dispenser. Definately worth the money. I have it placed outside in my cookshed. Now I do not have to have any soap bottles on the countertops. Looks really nice. Also like the little window that shows when you need to add more soap to the dispenser. 😁

Good quality

I bought this for the garage and could not be happier. It was easy to install and looks very nice. I like the quality of the soap dispenser. It's easy for my grandkids to use and looks nicer than the soap bottle.

one unit did not work

Once I installed and filled one of the units it did not dispense anything. I didn't know what to do but return it. I sent it back, but never received a refund.

Great soap dispenser

This soap dispenser is such amazing quality and works SO well. So easy to get just the right amount of soap and so easy to refill. Doesn’t drip or make a mess after dispensing soap.

Lasted 13 months

Update after a year and two weeks: it’s broken. It no longer dispenses soap. Update after months of service: The bottom area, near where the soap is dispensed is rusting. This causes some brown spots on the sink, where rusty water/soap may drip. The button is still in good shape. Original review: Installation was about a ten minute job, including clean up and filling the dispenser. After filling it, I had to pump it for quite some time before soap would come out. I nearly uninstalled it, thinking I got a defective one. But I kept pushing the button and eventually soap was dispensed. So far, it’s held up well. I have it installed in a public restroom that both adults and kids use.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the recommended ADA soap dispenser height?

For an accessible installation, position the pump or operable part—not the top of the dispenser—within ADA reach ranges. It should generally be no more than 48 inches (1220mm) above the finished floor for an unobstructed reach. When installed over a sink or countertop, a lower maximum of 44 or 46 inches may apply depending on the approach direction and obstruction depth. Confirm the final installation with local codes and project requirements.
What is the capacity of this wall mounted soap dispenser?

This 1100ml/37oz wall mounted soap dispenser holds enough liquid soap for regular use in commercial bathrooms, offices, schools, restaurants and shared wash areas.
What type of soap can I use?

This manual pump soap dispenser is intended for standard liquid hand soap of a suitable consistency. Avoid very thick, abrasive, foaming or highly concentrated formulas unless compatibility has been confirmed.
How do I refill the soap dispenser?

Unlock the filler top with the special key provided, open the dispenser and refill the removable inner container. Do not overfill, and wipe away any spilled soap before closing and locking the top.
What is the difference between the vertical and horizontal models?

A vertical wall mount soap dispenser uses less wall width, while a horizontal soap dispenser has a wider, lower profile for areas with limited vertical clearance. Both models hold 1100ml/37oz.
What finishes are available in this range?

The range includes stainless steel, matte black and brushed gold soap dispensers in both vertical and horizontal formats.
Does the dispenser include a corrosion-resistant liner?

Yes. This metal soap dispenser has a plastic inner liner that separates the liquid soap from the steel housing and helps improve corrosion resistance.
How should I clean and maintain the bathroom soap dispenser?

Wipe the exterior with a soft damp cloth and mild cleaner, and periodically rinse the reservoir and pump with warm water. Avoid abrasive pads and harsh chemicals that may damage the finish.
