Stardrix Compact Wall Mounted Paper Towel Dispenser – Brushed Stainless Steel, 250 C-Fold / 300 Multifold, ST-250S

This is a really good paper towel dispenser. The hole size for the towels to come out is great, not too big where they fall out or are difficult to pull out. It looks and feels like really good quality and the locking mechanism operates smoothly. I am sure therer are cheaper options out there, but with this, you definitely get what you pay for and I feel a good value for the money. I would highly recommend it.

First Impression. It startled me, at first, when I pulled this from its sturdy cardboard packaging, I thought that maybe it was too big for a bedroom bath’s installation. It was heavier than the plastic versions I have and again, just plain big. However, I also thought it handsome in its brushed stainless steel. It’s flawless. The key worked perfectly, and the mounting hardware was ready to go. So, I added towels. When I opened this, sure enough, this is way big, the average sized three panel towels barely worked, because the interior is huge. So, I thought I may have to go industrial sized towels for the future. Small accessories Keys to open this with and mounting hardware. Dimensions and weight Dimensions are roughly 10” x 11” x 4” – I prefer a smaller size. Empty, this tops the scales at a whopping three (3) pounds – which is about (2) pounds heavier than my plastic versions. I prefer a lighter version. The paper towels we have been using, of late, are Scott three (3) fold, 1 ply, and are packaged in 250 towel stacks. These paper towels fit easily within the interior of this dispenser and dispensed nicely, but not perfectly, as it neared the end, towels did fall out, when fishing to pull a towel. Version selected I selected the stainless-steel smaller version. Country of origin Made in P.R.C., Peoples Republic of China (of course). It is smooth all around. At first, I thought it was too industrial (it’s all about how much lighting is within the room), but it contrasted, in bright conditions, well with my creamy white walls. At first, I was going to place this in the garage, however, it’s so nice, for now, this went into the house. Thoughts Is it efficient? Yes. Is it durable? Yes. The stainless steel has an excellent tensile strength, not flimsy like a much lighter plastic. Value It was offered at a very competitive price. Lower than others. Would I select this again? Yes How many stars? A very strong four (4). Why not five (5). I think the opening is the biggest distractor/ Towels are falling out because of the wide center opening. I hope my thoughts added a wee bit of helpful information.

I bought them for our church restrooms. They are great, they are touchless, work well, and save counter space since they are in the wall. Makes things look clean and organized.
